The Chin Swee Caves Temple

The Chin Swee Caves Temple is located on a 28-acre rocky mountain land and easily accessible either by the Awana SkyWay or by road. At the beginning, of the construction of this temple engineers faced monumental challenges where machinery access was not possible. Manual labour was deployed and it took 18 years to complete the breathtaking construction work.

If you prefer to go by train then get down at the Chin Swee station and take the escalators to the temple grounds.

If you are going by cable car then please remember to keep your cable car ticket as you can use the same ticket to continue your journey either to the peak or to the Awana Station on your way back.

For a convenient and pleasant journey up to the temple, you should park your car at the Awana SkyWay Car Park, where you have sufficient parking slots of 4,500. Then you, hop on to the Awana SkyWay gondola for a scenic ride around the temple and go to the top.

KTM Komuter operates a train from Batu Caves to Kuala Lumpur hourly.

Tickets cost less than $2.00 and the journey takes 30 min. The Rapid KL operates a bus service to Muzium Tekstil Negara every 30 minutes. Tickets cost $2.00 and the journey takes 55 min.
